Mediterranean Entry (Medenter) is a private company created in February 2001 in Rome, Italy, with a simple offering: use individuals with unique talents to address the equally unique challenges of our clients. Our initial focus was in the Middle East, where our extensive network of strategic partners gave us a competitive advantage. Since then, we have expanded operations into North America, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Our mission is simple: to provide clients with the specific skills they need to successfully address the challenges they face when they decide to expand into new markets, whether through a direct investment, or a partnership. We do not say how to do it, then walk away. We stay with our clients until they can achieve the expected success.
At Medenter, we believe in the uniqueness of our clients’ needs. New markets, by definition, offer a wide variety of challenges: different languages, diverse cultural norms, incompatible business practices, different legal frameworks, inadequate market analyses. And every situation is unique. We believe that such problems are solved thanks to people, not to academic business models. So, we do not try to apply a standard or a consulting model like most consulting companies. We do not ask clients to adapt to our style. We adapt our style to our clients, by identifying the right experts to deal with the specific problems they face.
